1.1 Eligibility

To use BHC, you must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract. You may use the Site only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

1.2 User Types

BHC supports two types of users:

• Job Seekers – Individuals seeking employment in healthcare.
• Employers – Organizations or agents posting jobs or recruiting healthcare professionals.

Employers must ensure that all job postings comply with federal, state, and industry-specific laws and regulations.

1.3 Account Registration

To access key features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity under your account.

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, discriminatory, or illegal job listings or user profiles.
• Impersonate another individual or misrepresent your affiliation with an entity.
• Submit or access confidential health data (PHI) unless lawfully permitted.
• Use any automated system (including bots or scrapers) without our prior consent.
• Interfere with the operation, security, or integrity of the Site.

BHC acts solely as a facilitator between job seekers and employers in the healthcare industry. We do not vet job listings for compliance or accuracy, nor do we guarantee hiring outcomes. Employers are responsible for their listings; job seekers are responsible for the accuracy of their applications.

5.1 Ownership

All content on the Site, including logos, text, images, software, and functionality, is owned or licensed by BHC and protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

5.2 User Submissions

By submitting content (e.g., resumes, job listings, messages), you grant BHC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute that content for the purpose of operating and improving our Services.

BHC may integrate with third-party tools (e.g., resume parsing engines, communication tools). Your use of such tools is subject to the terms of those third parties. BHC is not liable for issues arising from third-party integrations.

7.1 No Warranties

7.2 Limitation of Liability

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless BHC, its affiliates, and personnel from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of or access to the Site;
• Your violation of these Terms;
• Your infringement of any third-party rights.

BHC reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account or access to the Site at its discretion, with or without notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflicts of law rules. Any disputes shall be resolved via binding arbitration held in Illinois in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

We may revise these Terms at any time. If we make significant changes, we will post a notification on our Site or contact you directly. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
